Refund Policy
1. Course Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our course refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund within 30 days of purchase if less than 30% of course content has been consumed
- Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Promotional or discounted purchases are eligible for refunds under the same terms
- Bundle purchases can be refunded if conditions are met for all courses in the bundle
2. Tutoring Session Refunds
For one-on-one tutoring sessions:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled session
- 50% refund if cancelled between 12-24 hours before session
- No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before session
- If tutor cancels or fails to show up, full refund or free rescheduling is provided
- Technical issues preventing session: full refund or free rescheduling
3. Resource Downloads
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of resources (PDFs, study guides, templates) are final. However, if you experience technical issues preventing download or if the content is significantly different from its description, please contact support within 7 days for assistance.
4. Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
- Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of initial purchase
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed courses (over 30% content consumed)
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift purchases (recipient may request refund under normal terms)
- Certificates and credentials already issued
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Log in to your CleverUp account
- Navigate to "My Purchases" or "My Sessions"
- Select the item you wish to refund
- Click "Request Refund" and provide a brief reason
- Our team will review and process within 3-5 business days
7. Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
8. Instructor Payout Impact
When a refund is issued for a course or tutoring session, any payout to the instructor will be adjusted accordingly. Instructors are notified of refund requests and can provide input on the decision.
9. Exceptions and Special Cases
CleverUp reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you have special circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
